FDA regulation states No tobacco products shall be sold to anyone under the age of 21. Prior to entering the website, customers must provide age verification. Fat Boys Cigars reserves the right to verify the customer's age with proof of a valid ID over the phone. .
SHIPPING POLICY
Fat Boys Cigars will ship anywhere in the Continental US and Hawaii, along with limited countries (Canada, United Kingdom, Austraila). You may be limited in receiving tobacco products in your state via mail, so please check your state’s laws about importing cigars. We ship our products via UPS and USPS. Purchases will be mailed to a valid address only. (NO - PO Box) A valid signature may be required. These terms and conditions of sales transactions contemplated thereby are governed solely by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All claims arising from the sale must be brought and finally resolved solely in the courts of Pennsylvania. By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions. Fat Boy Cigars ship to Canada, United KIngdom, and Austrailia. Shipping policy is subject to change. Reciepient is responsible for all fees, taxes, and shipping cost associated -- these fees included but are not limited to: duty taxes and fees. Once the package is dropped off at a postal service by a Fat Boys Cigars team member, the recipient will receive a tracking number. Once the package leaves the care of Fat Boys Cigars, the recipient is liable for any damages, loss, and/or problems in shipping -- these problems include but are not limited to: holdings at Customs/Borders, law enforcement encounters/seizures. The recipient is expected to file a claim on their own to their shipping center, if needed. By purchasing and paying for a product(s), the recipetant understands these terms and conditions.

RETURN POLICY
All merchandise shipped by Fat Boys Cigars will be in perfect condition prior to mailing. All sales are final with cigars, cigars are a fragile item and we will not take back cigars on a return. Fat Boys Cigars we'll be serving you with the best packing and shipping products available to protect your items along with insuring them. It is up to the purchaser to file a claim if items are damaged or not received with the USPS or UPS. Purchases of other items such as BRAND NAME LIGHTERS AND BRAND NAME CUTTERS will have a factory warranty with proof of receipt. (Please keep your receipt)
