1.How long does it take to get my order once I place it?
ANSWER: All orders will ship within 24hrs and delivery can be expected within 2-7 days.
2. I placed my order and did not receive a confirmation email?
ANSWER: Please check your spam email and alert us via chat or email
3. Do you ship internationally?
ANSWER: Fat Boy Cigars ship to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping policy is subject to change. Recipient is responsible for all fees, taxes, and shipping cost associated -- these fees included but are not limited to: duty taxes and fees. Once the package is dropped off at a postal service by a Fat Boys Cigars team member, the recipient will receive a tracking number. Once the package leaves the care of Fat Boys Cigars, the recipient is liable for any damages, loss, and/or problems in shipping -- these problems include but are not limited to: holdings at Customs/Borders, law enforcement encounters/seizures. The recipient is expected to file a claim on their own to their shipping center, if needed. By purchasing and paying for a product(s), the recipient understands these terms and conditions.
4. Do you accept credit cards?
ANSWER: Yes, we do, all major credit cards.
5. There was an issue with my order?
ANSWER: All orders will be checked before shipment, we will ship as per the order states.
6. Do you do big events, weddings, etc.?
ANSWER: Yes, we can cater to your needs. However, we will need ample notice for big events. We can provide Premium Cigars for newborn baby celebrations. Please, contact us via email at fatboyscigars@gmail.com
7. My order is still in transit according to my tracking number. What should I do?
ANSWER: We will provide a tracking number to track your package via the internet. Unfortunately, we can not do anything until it says "Delivery Made". If your package would not show up, within a timely manner you can file an insurance claim.
8. My package arrived by it is damaged, what do I do?
ANSWER: Please take pictures of the damage. Insurance can be purchased for an extra charge to insure your package. A claim can be filed, via your local Post Office or UPS Store. (YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH THE UTMOST CARE) Unfortunately, Fat Boys Cigars can not control items once they leave for shipping.
9. My tracking # says my package was delivered, but I never got it, what can I do?
ANSWER: Please send an email to fatboyscigars@gmail.com Orders sent via UPS, and USPS will come with delivery confirmation along with being insured
10. Do you ship to military bases?
ANSWER: YES, we will ship to the military. However, we ship to FPO, APO, etc. addresses here in the states, and they will ship the packages overseas.
